Application Procedures of International Conference

I．Definition of international conference:

International conference refers to the academic conference with theparticipation of more than 3 guest countries and more than 10 foreign guests.

II．Date of Application:

The Provincial Department of Public Education requires that writtenmaterials of the international conference should be submitted at least 6 monthsahead of schedule, because it takes some time for JiangsuProvincial Department of Education, the Provincial Office of Foreign Affairsand the Provincial Government to examine and approve.

III．Procedure of Application：

(1)All colleges, faculties andoffices should submit the application materials to JSNU Office of InternationalAffairs. The materials include the conference time, venue, schedule, informationof the participants, and other details.

(2)Office of International Affairsdrafts the applications of international conferences.

(3)Office of InternationalAffairs submits the application forms as well as the attachments to Jiangsu ProvincialDepartment of Education for examinationand approval.

(4)Jiangsu Provincial Departmentof Education is responsible for notifying approvalprogress of the international conference.

(5)The colleges, faculties and officeshold their conference based on the feedback of Jiangsu Provincial Department ofEducation.
