On the afternoon of August 14, Wang Shenggang, a consultant expert from the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange (CCIPE) of the Ministry of Education (MOE), and a delegation came to Jiangsu Normal University (JSNU) for research and exchanges. President Zhou Ruguang attended the meeting. In addition,and heads of the Office of International Affairs, the JSNU B&R Institute, the School of Foreign Studies and other departments participated in the exchange.
Zhou Ruguang warmly welcomed the experts and briefly introduced the internationalized running of JSNU. He hoped to achieve more support from the education circle, continuously improve the quality and level of JSNU’s international exchanges and cooperation.
Wang Shenggang fully affirmed JSNU’s achievements in education. As one of the most important universities in northern Jiangsu, Jiangsu Normal University has made great contributions to talent training and economic construction in northern Jiangsu.
At the meeting, the heads of participating departments introduced their work and had in-depth exchanges with the experts on China-Latin America people-to-people exchanges, the cultivation of international students in China, the Belt and Road research, and international and regional studies.
