Recently, the Education Department of Jiangsu Province released the quantitative assessment of the employment for college graduates in 2020. According to the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Department of Educationon Printing and Issuing the Implementation Measures for the Quantitative Assessment of the Employment for Graduates in Jiangsu Province in 2020, JSNU successfully passed the assessment and was rated as “A Grade College in the Quantitative Assessment of Employment for Graduates in 2020”.
Employmentis the most important aspect of people’s livelihood. In the face of the complex and severe employment situation under the background of the novel coronavirus epidemic in 2020, JSNU went all out to overcome the adverse effects brought by the epidemic. With the goal of “more sufficient and higher quality employment”, JSNU adhered to the employment work system of being in charge of the university, coordinated by the departments, dominated by the college and participated by all the staff. JSNU strove to broaden the employment channels, strengthen employment and entrepreneurship guidance and services, promote innovation and entrepreneurship education, and did its best to “stabilize employment” and “ensure employment”. A new pattern of three-dimensional employment with effective collaboration between online and offline has been formed, which has ensured the stable and orderly employment of the school.
In 2021, JSNU will further pay close attention to the employment dynamics of students, and increase work input in the aspects of the employment market development, the degree of refinement of employment services and the accuracy of employment information. In addition, as one of the first vocational education demonstration bases for college students in Jiangsu Province, JSNU will, based on its characteristics, seek a new chapter and a new bureau in the aspects of awakening employment awareness and setting up ideas and improving quality, and spare no effort to do a good job in the employment of graduates in the new year.
