The liquid energy recovery device for hydraulic excavator is mainly used in the multi-load hydraulic system. The load sensitive pump outputs the maximum pressure required by load, The low-pressure loop is determined by the pressure sensor, then, the liquid energy feedback device is connected to the front of throttling element in the low-pressure loop, it replaces throttling element to reduce pressure, and the size of the feedback power is automatically adjusted. The liquid energy feedback device can feedback the pressure of the low pressure loop to the outlet of the load sensitive pump and supply the high pressure loop to use. The device mainly solves the problems of large hydraulic loss, low efficiency and high heat value of the existing multi-load hydraulic system device.
