Polar anthocyanin is effectively extracted with an advance liquid-liquid extraction technique. Monitored with ultra-violetanthocyanin is isolated and collected precisely. We adopt an advanced spry-drying technology that can be used to dry the isolated materials to enrich the purified anthocyanin. Moreover, this technology allow to make anthocyanin extremely fine powders size of nanometers, which make it a preferable ingredients in cosmetic and health products because it can be fast absorbed by skin or human body. Further purity can be achieved by high-speed countercurrent chromatography, therefore the anthocyanin of extreme purity could extend its application such as chemical standard
