Polar anthocyanin is effectively extracted with an advance liquid-liquid extraction technique. Monitored with ultra-violet，anthocyanin is isolated and collected precisely. We adopt an advanced spry-drying technology that can be used to dry the isolated materials to enrich the purified anthocyanin. Moreover, this technology allow to make anthocyanin extremely fine powders size of nanometers, which make it a preferable ingredients in cosmetic and health products because it can be fast absorbed by skin or human body.
