Prof. Xie, male, was born in Danyang, Jiangsu Province. He is the master supervisor in three fields: education economics and management, political economy, and education management (education master).He has successively been the director of the management committee of Jiawang campus of Jiangsu Normal University, the secretary of the party general branch, the adult education college and the dean of education college.
Prof. Xie has been awarded the honorary title of Advanced Worker and Excellent Teacher. Heis the director of national industrial engineering and management council, director of national higher vocational normal education committee, director of coal society of Jiangsu Province, director of the national education association, the director of national higher vocational normal education committee, and the director of the National Association of coal education and the National Higher Vocational Education Cooperation Committee

Major Achievements
Prof. Xie has long been engaged in teaching and research on management, and has many innovations in enterprise management, human resource management and professional technology education. In recent years, he has published over 100 papers on academic journals and editedthe textbook “modern industrial enterprise management” which won the second prize of excellent teaching material in common institutes of higher learning in China. Prof. Xie has presided over 15 scientific research projects at the national, provincial and municipallevels, and has won many awards.
