Dr. Shi is now professor of School of Chemistry & Materials Science. She has engaged in the study of Tandem asymmetric reaction of organic molecular catalysis as well as Asymmetric catalysis and Synthesis. Shi has published over 80 papers in international academic journals such as Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Commun., Org. Lett., Chem. Eur. J., Adv. Synth. Catal., and J. Org. Chem.. And she holds 4 patents.
