Biography:
Sun Dongming, a researcher of Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He graduated from electronic materials and components major in Jilin University in 2001. In 2006, Sun achieved doctor’s degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. From 2006 to 2012, he engaged in postdoctoral research in Tokyo Institute of Technology and Nagoya University. Sun has received support from National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and National Excellent Young Scientists Fund. He was also selected into National Overseas High-level Talent Introduction. In addition, he was elected to serve as the 13th and 14th NPC Deputy, Member of Standing Committee of Liaoning Association Science and Technology and Committee Member of China Association Science and Technology. Sun has published more than 80 papers on Science, Nature Nanotechnol., Nature Mater., Nature Commun etc.
