Prof. Guan, born in 1958, is master supervisor of School of Geography, Geomatics and Planning. He is a board member of several governmental or social organizations, such asthe CPPCC of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Governmental Research Center, Water Resources Commission of China Society of Natural Resources, Mathematical Model Commission of IGU, the Geographical Society of China and Xuzhou Society of Water Resources.
