Jiangsu Normal University moved up one notch, to 126, in 2019 Chinese university comprehensive strength ranking. In the latest ranking, JSNU was No. 19 among Jiangsu universities, creating the best record in recent years and it is also the fourth increase of JSNU’s ranking consecutively.
The Chinese university ranking is a ranking of universities in Mainland China compiled by Wu Shulian. He has been studying “Chinese University Ranking" since 1991 and leader of "Chinese University Ranking Research Group”. It mainly consults rankings of Chinese university comprehensive strength ranking, natural sciences and social sciences ranking, 12 disciplines ranking including science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, administration and art, 500 undergraduate major ranking and other rankings. Among them, Chinese university comprehensive strength ranking attracts a lot of attention from the society for it reflects university’s strength in all-round way.
